I have a 99 Auto SE V6 only 170k miles. No affiliation wtih Toyoland whatsoever but was snooping around trying to find more info on the crazy longevity of these cars and came accross Toyoland.com for Toyotas over 200k.:D

Saw only 5 solaras on this list http://www.toyoland.com/club/search.php?q=solara&type=model

Let's make that list grow!

Would like to join that club if I have the car for 30k more miles. Have 1999 SE V6 Auto and am the original owner.

^Damn man, nice to hear that. I can't even recall anyone else from SC3 days (aside from EricSol) who's still pushing their Gen 1s, although recently banned member Frank is pushing Herman's old black Gen 1.

Yep. i am on there already. I am the one with 210K miles . I plan to update ToyotaLand again when it reaches 250k. I am half way there since I posted up my record.

The only thing that is bugging me right now is the slow "oil seep" from the valve gaskets (front and back too cheap to fix right now) and unalignable wheels (the upgraded suspension eats tires at a semi-reasonable 30k interval).

Other than that the car drives really well. Everyone is still shocked that i have over 200K in this thing. I only drive it to work now. I use the very boring ES350 sedan for the weekend (regret not getting something sportier).

My 02 Convertible has just around 36k to go! 163400 ! Mind you a bulk of that mileage was done on some of the worst roads in the country in NYC and NJ! I see alot of high mile coupes but anyone here have a convertible with crazy miles like mine? a good 100k was done in the first 3 or 4 years
