I started to post the whole procedure on my website but only made it through the removal process. You can find it here:

The biggest problem I had doing this on my wife's Solara was getting the bolt off of the crank pulley. I used the most powerful air gun Sears had to offer (over driven with 100 psi vs. the 80 psi max) and it didn't budge. I welded up my own tool to keep the engine from turning while I cranked on it with a breaker bar and wound up bending the tool. I welded some more supports onto it, bought a longer breaker bar, placed both feet on the suspension while laying on my back and pulling with pretty much all I had before it finally gave way. In fact, the support I welded, started lifting the car into the air. One of the hardest bolts I ever broke free. It has a big washer on it that doesn't help. The rest of the process is pretty straightforward, but it IS very important you get the timing marks on correctly. If you are off by one engine rotation or something, you're screwed.
Good luck!
