Spotted Gen2 towing a BOAT

So, today while i was at the ramp (like a lake ramp) I saw a Silver 2007-2008 Solara convertible pulling a boat!! Funny thing is this is the same boat i have been wanting, as its cheap and light, and i had hoped my solara was enough to possibly pull it just a couple miles down the (flat and straight) road, if i put in air bags to help suspension, transmission cooler, custom trailer setup, and drove it VERY carefully (and could prob have them launch it with a tractor once i got to the ramp). but heres the boat i saw it towing down the road, my girlfriend was on my boat while i ran to the store to get a new battery for the boat (it died) and she said she saw the solara pulling it out of the water on the ramp

Do you all think my I4 is capable of towing this boat in a way stated above? I beleive the boat weighs about 1200 pounds

i dont think the i4 is capable of towing a boat, my i4 has trouble when i have a full car of people
