,I got to the point of taking evrything off except the stock gauges, and now im stuck and dont know what to do or how to connect the wires..any help will be appreciated

reverse gauges go over the stock ones...just slide them in front of the originals and screw them down. sometimes you need to apply a small drop of glue behind them to avoid the gauge needles getting stuck. i believe you just need to connect the power and ground wire to the dim switch

i cant out the gauges so i can work with em, is there something i need to unplug?

yes , once the screws are off tilt top part forward and unplug the wire on the back side
