i had my check engine light on a long time ago so i decide to run it today to see anything new came up, and it did besides my p0401, i got also p0420, so i go under my car disarm my exhaust wear my cat is and i feel nothing, i use a long stick to see if the honey comb was there and their was nothing, empty space.. now should i be worried?

anti-fouler? whats that all about and how can it be done also i would like to know how would i be able to trick the computer about my egr as well
