okay.. so i have had this problem for some time but it wasnt a big problem.. till now that every time i am at a complete stop.. my idle starts to drop to 600rpm and tries to go lower than 500rpm(but doesnt go any further).. so my car shakes and fights to stay alive..

so i am asking what are the possibilties of why this is happening? i searched but my key words suck when searching and when i do search it gives me either up to date posts or way way old ones that not even close what i am looking for.. please help me?

obx headers
megan drift spec
magnecore wires
ngk plugs
hid's

To clarify is that 50 each way?

Do you have an O2 simulator or cat. installed with the OBX?
If not, that's probably an issue.

Also, any CEL?
Trust me, I'm a technician.

I'd clean the IAC valve.

+1 If the only issue is low idle, IAC is most likely.

If you're burning through a tank in only 250mi. you have more problems than just the IAC valve. It should be more like 400.

also having headers, kills gas milige right..
lol stomping on the gas once or twice or three or four times a week doenst help either haha..

i already changed o2 sensors.. i do 3k maintances(oil and spark plugs)

If you refill at about a quarter tank, your milage is alright.
I drive my car hard pretty much all the time, and still average
about 22mpg. So next time you fill up, you should reset your
trip meter, then after you fill up again, record the mileage and
the gallons it took to fill up (from full tank, to full tank).
That's the only way to accurately gauge the milage your getting.
Just divide the miles driven, by the gallons consumed.

Having headers will not kill gas milage.

I'm thinking dirty injectors, which was why I asked about the gas mileage
