o4 se 2.4 solara....is anyone elses engine whinning

my engine is always whuinnig ..am i the only one or is this common????my paint job was also bad(has a tiger strip shadow)dealer is researching the problem on the desert sand color...if anyone else is having these troubles ,please get back to me :-?
