Rear rotor surface not smooth on one side

I agree with solara90, the caliper bolts are not allowing the caliper to move and even out brake wear. I recently did the brakes on my car and one of the caliper bolts was so solid in place that it broke off trying to remove it, i had to buy a new caliper bracket $$$, i dont know how mechanically inclined you are but i would simply remove the two caliper bolts and check em out. i hate the idea of some shop mechanic with his hands all over my baby lol. just pull the bolts and make sure they got lube on em. i used high temp bearing grease on mine and i have perfect wear all the way around.

I have a questions regarding the caliper bolts you see after taking the tire off, they should be the same size correct? I recall when I had the tires off that there was 2 different size bolts on this caliper, could this be the issue of why the caliper isn't applying correctly? I've never done as big of a job as replacing all the brake hardware, so I would prefer not to replace myself.

I'm calling in to the service manager today b/c apparently the advisors aren't taking this problem seriously. Don't want to get anyone in trouble but these people are putting my safety in jeopardy.

looks like they did a jack job on the brakes.
i hope you kept the receipts and all the necessary proof and go back and get the proper service that you paid for the first time.
it looks pretty obvious that the pad isn't touching the rotor fully. if they think it's ok...then they shouldn't keep serving other people's cars anymore

When you take the wheel off, there are two bolts that hold the caliper on a bracket, they are both the same, you can easily back one out, make sure it has lube on it, and put it back in, then take the other one out and check it, you may even be able to do this without taking the wheel off if you jack the car up i dunno. dont confuse the caliper bolts with the larger bolts that hold the caliper bracket.
The caliper bolts from what i remember are about 4 inches long and only partially threaded as the rest of the bolt that is not threaded is really just a shaft that is meant to be able to slide in and out. this lets the caliper center its self and squeeze the rotor equally from both sides. (this is for the rear calipers, the front is different.)
