I am looking for some Gen 1 tails. I have an '02 but really like the Gen 1 tails. I searched on eBay for some, but some of them don't come with mounting screws, etc etc.

So, if anybody has some for sale I would be glad to take them off your hands.

I looked at the lights and the mounts are molded into the light. The only way I could use them, maybe, is to break the plastic molding.

So, anyone want to sell me some lights?

What?

Got pics???

You shouldnt have to break anything.
Just remove the plastic molding in the trunk.
Then you can see 3 (i think, maybe 4) nuts that mount the tails.

Remove the tails, and install your Gen 1 tails. (when you get'em)
Then use the nuts from the Gen 1.5 tails to secure your Gen 1 tails. :D 8)

The screws that the nuts go onto were not on the tails that I received. So I have nothing to screws the nuts onto. The mounts are molded onto the tail from the factory.

Then nuts are not the problem, it's the mounts on the back of the tail light. Idk why the news ones don't have the mounts on them, but they are getting returned.
