Why not? As long as they're not M3-looking skirts, I'm all for thinkin outside of the box.

Yay, but only under the condition that you eventually get rear lips from a TRD kit. Otherwise the rear will be to high. But for now, $50 is worth a try.
Trust me, I'm a technician.

I'm like everyone else, can't beat 50 bucks for side skirts, roll the dice bro. If I could find skirts for my ES300 for 50 bucks, I wouldnt think twice about it. Good Luck bro.

Kev, here's a pic of Larry (Astro)'s old setup. He originally had the Black Widow kit all around, then went Gen 1.5 up front w/the TRD lips, but retained the BW sides and rear. Since your front lip hangs lower than the TRD fronts, this looks like a near-perfect compliment to your setup

I hope i can still pick these up for 50. Gonna have a trip down south and hit up a shop on the way to pick them up.

Once i get the sides im gonna look for trd rears. If i cnat find any, i will make a custom rear diffusor thats subtle but looks good. Cause the rear needs something to look aggressive.

Yeah, you'll definitely need something going on in the rear.
That sounds funny.

So i went to the shop to pick these skirts up and they didnt fit my car right.

the skirts did not cover the sides and were like about 1/4 inch short. or so.

I live in Sf and went down to LA for a cruise and stopped by versus motorsports to pick these up. The plan was to install them and drive them up but since they didnt fit right from the start, bringing them back up to Norcal would be impossible with luggage and people.

They have couple sets. 50 a pair skirt. They located in comptons in SOcal at a industrial area. If u guys interested u guys can top by and get it.
