looking for some advice on wheel bearings

so, i think my wheel bearings are about shot - car squeaks a bit when cornering & at low speeds. here's what i'm trying to figure out:
1) last time i had to replace wheel bearings on a car, they had to be machine-pressed. i'm assuming our cars also require this - am i right?
2) if they have to be machine pressed, is there another option, like an assembly that can be replaced entirely?
3) can anybody suggest a good wheel bearing manufacturer? are there certain ones i should stay away from?

i think it's the front, but i'm not positive. it sounds like the squeaking is coming from the front driver-side anyway. still, i might do all 4 (when one starts going, they all start going, am i right?), so if you can link me some info on the rear assembly, that would be a HUGE help. thx.
