Would this do anything for a mostly stock engine? i.e. no custom headers, air intake or S/C

only way to find out is on a dyno....but it would probably pretty pointless on a stock car, most likely very minimal gains.

I only ask because mainly I would do it to increase gas efficiency which has been reported by some, but denied by others. At this price, it'd be worthwhile investment considering current gas prices.

But I guess if I leaned out the fuel too much, it would affect engine reliability, no?

It's designed for increasing power. Your stock ecu will work just fine.

You really have no need for a tune without forced induction (for the most part). I don't think you would see much benefit.

I have one and I'm n/a.

I'm not really sure why I have it but I do. I guess because it's fun to watch the numbers move around.

The SAFC is a very useful with header intake exhaust, it allows you to lean out your mixture for maximun n/a power
