CEL codes on scanner =/= SG lara charts

driving a 99 lara 5spd w/ the 2.2l (stock). so the CEL came on yesterday, grabbed a scanner & some strange goings-on happened:
1) it didn't auto-diagnose like usual - i had to manually input car type (of course, lara's not listed, so i used camry).
2) returned a P1135 code: "chk bank 2; intake valve timing" & 2 pending codes (P1133: "var. swirl control" & another P1135 w/ same explanation)
when i check the CEL chart here, the codes don't seem to match the defs. that i received. equus matches the explanation for a P1135 to an infiniti. WTF?!? do i just use the codes & ignore the explanation the scanner gave me? or do i ignore the codes altogether & see if they pop up again in 100 miles (yes, i cleared them)?
anyway, SG search indicated that cleaning the A/F usually solves these problems. i just wanted to run this by you guys to see if you think it's really an A/F issue or if maybe i pulled the wrong codes b/c of the model. i dunno. i cleaned the whole TB (including the A/F) ~6 months ago, so i'm not sure why i'd be throwing a code. it's been running alright...
