Well i have my attorney working on the case now but usually these cases take about a year to get anything out of. And the only way he could of been in a blind spot would be a street light that was down the road that could have blocked him but if he was doing the speed limit her would have still been able to stop. Also the school zone is at all times there is 2 schools there and elementary and high school so theres always activities going on so thats the speed limit. Also in the pictures there are about 5 that show all his skid marks when he tried to stop but still slammed into me and caused me that much damage as well as pushing me off the road and onto a sign, so thats signs that he was doing WELL ABOVE 20 MPH.

this story makes me so mad, I feel so bad for you. Cops: protect, serve and get out of everything. This is just unfair to you. I'm sorry man, but i'm glad you are alright/getting better.
