P0773 A/T Shift Solenoid 'E' (SL) Circuit Malfunction

Hey everyone,

My check engine light seems to turn on and off randomly. The code that comes up is:

P0773 A/T Shift Solenoid 'E' (SL) Circuit Malfunction

I went to a couple of transmission shops, but they seemed more interested in replacing the entire valve body or rebuilding the transmission all without even taking the car for a spin.

As far as I can tell, the car runs and shifts perfectly. The mileage is currently about 250,000 km. I bought an OBD2 car reader and got the information below. Can someone let me know what they think?

I've seen this code thrown several times in the auto 1MZ's. You'll be fine to drive on it until you get a chance to fix it.
