Driver Seat Move Forward/Rear Access

Driver Seat Move Forward/Rear Access

Postby tommybluez » Mon Oct 19, 2009 11:35 am

Sorry if I'm posting n00b questions - I did a search didn't find anything...

Anyways - I remember reading reviews that said the driver seat should move forward when tilted for rear access and return to where it was... if I used the manual lever on my power seat on the left side of the seat - it flips forward but doesn't move the actual seat forward. Is this just they way it is? When I had my CL and flipped it forward it would power the seat forward then back when i clicked it back.........

Thats just the way the driver seat works. you can pull the lever then power slide your seat forward then power slide your seat back and push it back.

The passenger side seat is the only seat that slides automaticly when you pull the lever. Thats how I let people in the backseat. No one gets in the backseat through the driver side in my Lara. :D
Everyone enters through the passenger side. 8)

Yea I'm kinda the same - get in the other damn side ... and BE CAREFUL those doors are a lot longer than my old car lol. It's been a while since I've had a 2-door with long ass doors.
