I didn't need it at first, but after about 2 years I had to get new camber bolts. That's with eibach/tokico.
TRD Bodykit, Eibach, Tokico, BBS, OBX headers/y-pipe, Custom 2.5" Magnaflow/Dynomax, PowerStop, Goodridge, AFE.

SPCs will do the job. Some with long-term experience like Solarizona & Solorange have said that, eventually, they needed them. I switched to SPC bolts because I'd been playing with lower offsets and the need for some negative camber for clearance purposes.
