I'm sorry to hear all of your guys stories. I took the car to get some estimates today, forst estimate was $7000 :o second estimate, the guy lookes at the car and goes "damn man, just call your insurance company." Then he begins to tell me that my airbag sensor was crimped from the accident, and open-air exposed. He told me i was lucky that my airbags didn't go off when i was driving today. :o :o :o

i just left the car there, and the insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow to call me about what is going to happen.

i'll keep everyone posted.

Ok, so i got the call yesterday, They did NOT total my car, which is amazing. I love her too much. They are going to fix it, and the total cost of the repairs is 4500. a big difference from 7K right? I get it back next monday or tuesday. I miss her. :(

Does anyone know if they replace the airbag sensors? Can you replace those without blowing them? Or is it this messed up tamper-free contraption that will blow?
