How do i install it? Connect it to the positive&negative terminal or the positive terminal &' ground..The metal piece on the car...

Help please? ( sorry cant explain clearly )

Positive from the stabilizer should definatly go to the positive battery terminal, and ground would go to the ground on the battery. Or perhaps if you want a better ground, you could run it to a strut tower bolt

Its basically a capacitor in a fancy box... It holds an extra charge and helps to eliminate voltage drop when the electrical system is under load. Especially when your subs hit. Not really any HP gain.
