Hi guys, long time since I've been on hope you are all well.

I'm looking at an engine rebuild with a intercooled supercharger. Going with forged pistons, would the standard con rods be able to handle 350-400 bhp?

No. I think the cr's are more important than the pistons. Not sure.
Talk to Gabe (TRD4LIFE)
His hybred 3mz/1mz would probably be cheaper more cost effective for you.
An intercooled S\C is costing you an extra $2800 for the work to the S\C alone, right. Who's doing the work?
Wait Gabe's working on an intercooled M90 as we speak. Again, probably cheaper. Let him do the R&D. (R&D is very expensive)

Hi mate, Pauls Woods has work on an intercooled supercharger in the pipe line. I'm looking at this set up, just need to know if the con rods need upgrading as well as the pistons.

connecting rods on the 1mzfe would definatly need to be upgraded if going over 5-7 psi, as well as forged pistons.
