Yeah Chunkz, I tend to agree with you, but it would be cool to have something different.
Trust me, I'm a technician.

Whoa, is it just me or do you need a new engine cover?

Oil cap is a blue GReddy piece. Just wanted some uniformity with the other parts on the car (EVO exhaust, catch tank, radiator cap, Airinx filter, etc.)

My engine cover is coming off in favor of something different, just never bothered to pull it off completely.

So did they make one that fit the 1MZ?
I think I might remember looking at Greddy a while back.

If you want something different for your engine cover I can get you something...PM me if you want to know more.

1MZFEs share an oil filler cap design with the 2JZGE and their turbo counterparts. There, I said it. At least we have another thing in common with RWD Lexuses and Supras.

Tracy, I'd had the TRD cap since I bought the car back in '01. Just wanted to switch it up (and sold the TRD cap to my cousin for his JCE10 IS for a good price since he wanted it so badly).

I'll look into it. Seems that they would have made 'em for the JZ at least.
