Also, I was going to suggest having them fill the stock license plate mounting holes...too late :( that woulda been sweet! :) Have you heard of the motorized hide-a-way plate brackets?

otherwise u probably would not have holes there

Thanks for the comments guys!
They did replace the bumper due to hairline cracks. Like an idiot I forgot to tell them to not drill for the license plate. I did however remember to tell them to paint the grill. The shop owner insisted it would eventually peel, but as long as I keep on a solid coat of wax, it shouldn't peel.
Also, thanks for the input on how long to wait for washing and waxing.
