I just got my car and I'm still not used to the looks of it. I can't believe how good they look, even stock. they have the sickest sleekest body lines. Can't wait to get 20's on her!

This forum has a very weird background tho. For some reason no matter how many times I sampled the background the color doesn't match. I even copied a section from a screen shot and layed the art on top and it matched on my work PC (Mac) but not at home (PC)...o well. fug it. :)

Thanks again.

I believe you can do a png file with a transparent background to avoid sampling the background, but you may have to used indexed color for the file. I know PXLpainter and a few others have went this route. It's worked for me the few times I've tried it, but I never stuck with it.

I could, but there are blending modes on some layers that need to blend into the background color. With just using a transparent background it would blend into transparency, instead of creating some of the toned blues.

How does the new sig look on your screen? It looks good on mine now, cant see where it blends with the background.

I think monitoring sig size isn't moderators trying to exert control over the commonfolk, but rather they're to benefit us all so that post-whores won't be clogging up the threads with their ginormous pictures or imposing on other readers.

Great Quick. I love it when some one breaks out
of the mold and shows some guts and enthusiam...
and even a sense of humor. I get so tired of
people telling me what to do. DON'T YOU?

I think you got me all wrong. It's not a matter of being told what to do, it's a matter of consideration.

I just posted a big pic just to be funny.
But I agree with the whole idea of limiting a size of signatures. Not to conform with rules, but to be considerate of others.

Look, I love Solaras, but I don't need to see an obnoxiously large pic on every post.

I think we are all mature enough to tastefully show off. There is no need to post a huge pic.

So, I got the "just to be funny" part
right anyways..... :D I don't have a
problem being compliant...it's really
a way of life for me....a matter of
survival. I still say there are too many
control freaks in this forum and they
are boring as hell. I say let the moderator
do his job and everybody else keep your
opinions for those who ask for them. Jimmm
