New to Solara, old to Camry

I love this site :P :P :P

I am interested in buying a Solara.

I have a '96 Camry Wagon V6 auto and I am wondering what is the difference in ride and performance Camry vs Solara?

As it is a coupe I was thinking along the lines of this car

http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/cto/1273580875.html

I would import it into Canada, but that is old hat.

Opinions?

Those were my thoughts.

I like the 5 speed option as it would mean something different.

Solara has a more sporty ride than a camry. Unless you get a SLE then your ride will be more similar to a camry.

Interesting video. Based on the video there is no difference between the suspension on an SE and a SLE.

mk3 supra rims? wow.. lol. you REALLY dont see that too often. 5400 is high imo but its a great car. it'll be wayy better then the wagon though for sure.

I thought the rims looked different.

I will never give up the wagon. Way too many mods and it looks so conservative

The Solara is for my wife. She has an 1982 Scirocco that I am so tired of fixing.
