Do they remove the entire door panels when they tint the door windows?

I experienced this before on my old 4dr Civic, just wondering cuz some installers just yank door panels pretty bad... 8)

Nope, door panels stay on. Unless they're trying to tint a part of the window you'll never see.

Tint yourself or look for an expert tinting, tell the tint guy to becareful, expert tinting do not take out any parts of ur car, dont dry it up with the heater, wait for 3 days for it to dry out, its better incase they burn ur leather seat or damage ur back glass n panel.
