Toyota should be upper left, solara should be exactly in the center, "T" should be high center...someone didnt know where to put their new badges.

Maybe they were just MODIFYING their badges. I suppose that if you can REMOVE them, then you can also REARRANGE them. Just a thought.

The only good way to modify your badges is to remove them or remove some, leaving whats left in their original place. Otherwise it really seems to disrupt the look/sleekness of the car.

it looks like new headlights ,new corners ,new grill ,new bumper with fresh paint and one old fog and one new .IMO That car has had some major front end work

That's probably a great assessment, D-Money. Too bad if the poor sucker who buys that does not have the benefit of SolarGuy scrutiny. I'm not a Gen 1/1.5 owner, so I didn't notice any of that or anything else (including the misplaced badges) when I first saw the ad.

exactly what I was thinking. those emblems were a big red flag, the paint shop obviously didnt take the time to figure out where they were supposed to go, so Im guessing that their body work isnt much better.

good call and sharp eyes guys. $8000 for an 80k mile 8-year old car that may or may not be hiding some secrets - I've seen better deals.
