I wanna know what is the MAF' screw size . I need to clean it and I don't remember right...it is Allen 5mm or 9/64" ??

I search for it with 5-6 words combinations but nothing black on white (white on blue I should say :P)

Anyone ?

Sorry for not giving an answer on my thread, but the screws I got were stripped and had to use some brass screws laying around.
