yup, the 1mz is a V6 so the ypipe collects from both headers and merges them into one. The problem is where the merge is. Instead of being shaped smooth like a "Y" its more like a "U" and the single pipe in the strangest place offset to where they join. To make things worse, its pinched in a certain area.

Even if you have a catback, y our flow is only as good as your weakest link, for the 1MZ its usually the y-pipe/cat and not necessarily the cat-back.

hmmm.... i dont see any performance gains there, but then again, im not mechanic

most of the pipes have fitment issues, as the original person who started making those pipes wasn't the brightest person in the world.
