The 3S-GTE and 4A-GZE are both really good motors, as is the 2JZ-GE. Really it depends on the application that you're working with.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

I'll throw down with a Toyota 3UZ. Power is slightly lacking compared to a 2J but torque comes in early and hard. Plus...no turbo.
