best motor out there is 2jzgte, 1jzgte, 3sgte, 5vzfe, 22re depends on what your looking for =)

i concurr with the group on the 2jz.... but for our cars there are other options like 3mz/1mz hybrid, 2mzfe available in the toyota windom(supposed to rev up a lil faster than 1mz, but less tq), and a built 1mzfe.... pick your poison...lol

I say 2GR-FE (found in 2007 Camry/Avalon). No timing belt to worry about. 120,000 interval for tune-ups. 268HP with 25-27mpg. You get good power with great fuel economy in one place.
