Passanger Heated Seat broken... need helpz

Okay so at some point during one of my wiring expeditions (I THINK it was when I installed my new Radio) my passenger heated seat stopped working. When you turn the lights on, the button glows green. But when you press it in, the amber conformation light does not come on and the seat does not get hot. As far as i can tell i didn't cut any wires or do anything to the wires coming out of the back of the switch, but i did have to ground a wire from the old radio harness. Does anybody know if there is some relation between this and the radio connections? (I HAD the JBL 6 disk system... i ripped the HU and amp out) If not, does anyone have any general help suggestions?
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated guys!
Thanks a lot for reading.

From what I know the old radio harness ground wire doesn't have to do with the heated seats. And as for the amp you didn't have to take it out. Don't know if you bypassing it by using your new deck to power the speakers. I know there is a connection under the seat it may or may not be the wire for the heated seats.

You can also try undoing the ground wire and try using the heated seat button again.
