Would the 4 cylinder clusters work with my V6? Are the clusters interchangeable?

Just spoke with Toyota parts

They say it's the same part number, Just make sure if you get a cluster for an automatic if you have an automatic & vice versa for Manual

Other than that, it should work

Hmm... I asked 2 sellers on eBay if it would work and they said no because its a 4 cylinder cluster and I have a 6 cylinder motor but I think it should work, just like you said. Thanks for the call to Toyota.

It will work but the difference is the rpm gauge will read wrong, if you put the 4cly on a v6 the rpms will redline even thou the car is nowhere near 6200, that should be the only difference. Make sure you get the right one, what's wrong with your gauge cluster?
