^^^Normaly people put the black on top.
IMO thats what I would do too, Black on top, blue on bottom.
When I think about it the other way around, blue on top wouldnt look bad at all.

Its whatever you want to do. Its yours, paint it how you want not how everyone on here wants. 8)
