Why would Supra's have a MR2 engine in it? I would think people would do it the other way around. A Supra engine in an MR2, right?

Supra engine WILL NOT FIT in the MR-2 ROFL!!! It's mid engine, remember? =D Supra is a long inline engine!

The 3S-GTE is a fast 4-banger that is A LOT LIGHTER but can achieve virtually the same performance as the 2JZ! That's why Toyota had it in their JGTC Supras a few years back... can't challenge the results of beating NSX and R34s with it :D
1GR-FE ftw!

I was thinking of getting a brand new replacement engine for my 1999 solara...I have the i4 and since im nearing 300,000 miles, i wanted to know if i purchased a new i4 engine from Toyota, would there be any complications installing it?

Another question.
---> xravexboix <----
the turbo kit you referred me too, would you consider it a reliabe turbo or will i end up with a lousy product that will blow my engine?

Thanks
