bump i think this is the right name it is the cap that goes over the bulb in the back of the head light i think all toyotas have the same kind so i know someone has got to have some laying around

its a grommet to keep out moisture.. Check with a local junkyard. If your lucky you might get one without having to buy the whole headlight :/
