well, my hiss from my brake booster was finally getting annoying so i brought in for a quote at my local shop. For a brake booster, and master cylinder + labor my total was $970.64, well i know what im gonna be doing on my free time.. replacing my b.b. and master my self!

That's about reasonable i think.
Have fun replacin' that. lol.
I'll have fun replacin' my ABS hard line from the ABS module to the front driver wheel, when i get my twin pison calipers back from powder coatin'.

i can order the parts online for $297.38, i actually enjoy working on cars.. so it really isnt anything big for me

i just replaced the brake booster my self it wasnt hard it took me and a friend about 2 hours did they tell you that you needed a new master cylinder because mine was fine and there was no need to replace i paid 271.00 total from partstrain.com for the booster and 60.00 of that was returned to me when i returned the old one for the core charge this was for a rebuilt one but they give you a lifetime waranty. i suggest getting a book on your car if you dont already have one i have the haynes and it helped alot

i should be fine im planning on doing it when i go back to school and we have Mitchell on demand. and my master cylinder is leaking
