Fuel Injection and Power Steering Fluid...change it when?

How often should the fuel injection be cleaned out, and how often should you change the power steering fluid? I was at an oil change place today, and they said I ought to have both those services performed, and want to know if they were just trying to sell me services I didn't need, or if they were really on the ball.

i run injector cleaner once a month either stp or gunk or 104 octane, when tank is almost empty, put cleaner in filler up and drive like the wind...........

So do you just pour it right in the gas tank?

Should it be on E or almost E, and how far do you drive before you fill it back up?

rite before empty , add cleaner and fill gas tank and drive ...............
