Starting problem

When i start my car it turns on normally, but the engine trembles/jumps the first 2 seconds, then Rpm goes up to 1.5 untill the car is hot and drops gradually to 0.8 when temperature is good.

On the other hand... when i drive fast and abuse the car. If I turn it off and try to turn it back on withing 2 minutes, it will turn on, Rpm goes up then drops back down to 0.2 and the car shuts off... unless i give her some gas.

Any ideas on what that might be? I havent had any tuning done for a while... old spark plug... old timing belt... none sythetic oil

99 V6 5speed, 210,000 km

clean your throttle body disconnect intake from thrttlr body hold flap open and spray liberally with carb and choke cleaner alot of carbon build up will cause that i ended up using the whole can and now it runs great
