the chip i am selling does chang the IAT reading it can lower it with causes it to run more rich that is where you get more power or it can higher it witch can cause it to run a bit more lean witch gives more mpg like i said it is a tunable chip you can adjust it to your requirements

Excessivly rich or lean A.F ratios will cause a loss in power. rich A/F ratios will cause high EGT's and ultimately melt exhaust valves and cats. Lean A/F ratios will cause high egt's and pre-ignition /detonation.
