I'm talking with Asg about making another batch. He said the raw mats went up a bit, so price may increase a little. I messaged him that I don't think a minor price increase would scare us off this nice mod if he's willing to make them. If we can get a list going of people who'd want one, I think it'll help him out some. So let's start the list and get it people signed up quickly. I'm definitely in.

Honestly, I doubt I'd make another batch of them. It took me 4 months to sell the last couple I had, and many people that wanted one, never bought one. That, and I;ve learned from my selling, that 50% of people, even if on a list, will back out. And I;m trying to pay off a large credit card bill and can;t afford to be screwed over like so many people have done to me.....

And damn economy making the prices of all this crap go up, arg!

Then you should find a new method of "payment security" :evilbat:
lol jk =P

only reason i'd have to wait a bit is for rims/body work, but 40-60 bucks should hurt too much.. How high will it be do you know?

I sold them for $55 shipped before. Chances are, I'd only make 10 this time, so it would cost more to make each one, due to paying more since not in quantity, on top of the small cost increse on parts (not quite as bad as I thought originally). I'd think I can do them for $60 each, which SHOULD reflect my actual increased price. I know many of you don;t have a lot of money, so I'm not trying to screw you guys over. If I do (big if) make another batch, I'l likely just find some cheap spacers for the bottom of the rod so that it doesn't slide around.

I think if Asg is cool enough to make another batch people should prepay before he makes the torque rod. That's just a suggestion, but it would prevent someone who'd be doing a favor for people from getting screwed over. This probably isn't an original type suggestion, but I figured I'd throw in my $.02. (if it's worth that much)

After talking w/ Asg, he said if 2 other people (aside from me) are willing to prepay for these at $55 (lowered price for the prepay), then he's willing to make a batch. It may take about 3 weeks to order the parts, put them together, and ship them out. So if you would like this mod and want Asg to make a batch, please put your name on the list to prepay only, so there's no backing out.

And just so you know, Asg is a good guy, as I'm sure a lot of people on here can attest to, so your money is safe. This list is the prepay list only. Two spots available.

Need signatures for prepay to get these torque rods made. Add your name to the list if you're in.
