alright guys i need some help here, today at work i decided to de badge my car. I did everything and cleaned it up good, but i can still see the letters where the emblems were. So my question is for everyone who has de badged their car, and what did you use to take off the mark of the letters?
Thanks guys.

well for me, I used rubbing compound and 2.0 Techwax from Meguiars... It works great, the only problem is, the glue pulled off small pits in the paint and you can kinda see SOLARA on it... many small little chips. I used a hair dryer and everything. Anyone else had this problem?

When I took my SLE V6 badges off the passenger side, air had gotten into the glue. There is now hard glue on the side of my car... Any suggestions?

I wet sanded mine and then did a 3-step buff. It worked perfect. Not a close up pic but at least u can tell a bit.

damn you went straight to wet sanding ? A clay bar would have done the trick and some good wax

Let the goo-gone soak on it for a bit then use a credit card or drivers license to scrape it off. That's how I removed the pin-stripe glue. I use my Sam's card.
