so my high beams work but my low beam only works on the driverside not on the other so i thought it was the socket i changed it and spliced it with a new pigtail and it still did not work i then though it was a relay then i when i changed it it still did not work i changed the fuses and it still does not work what should I do?

take two wires and termporarily hook them to the point where you spliced the new socket, and run it directly to the battery, if it works then theres probably a short somewhere in your oem wiring.
