Cause of the type of rotor design.
And they're racin' background means they know their stuff.

Alright guys, they are on. Everything went great with the new banjo bolts from the avalon, and let me say....HOLY CRAP. The stopping power is amazing! The pedal is 10x firmer and this car will stop ON A DIME. My tires locked up at 40 mph. I spent just over 200 dollars for this setup, 100 approximately for the calipers, about 50 for my new rotors, 35 dollars for my pads, and about 20 dollars for the new washers, fluid, brake clean, etc. And for those who are curious about fitment, once it was all said and done...these guys just BARELY fit behind my wheels. I'll post up some pics in a while these are nice, no grinding whatsoever lol.

^ Any banjo bolts as long as they are from the twin piston caliper should work fine.:)

Glad to hear all went smoothly with the install!

that part surprises me. Are they close to the backs of the spokes or close to the inside diameter of the wheel? close to spokes is fine - that's normal. close to wheel's I.D. would surprise me. looking fwd to the pics!

Yeah i did that.
I can get it loose, but then it will spin like it's comin' off, and then it won't, it will keep on spinnin'.
You can spin it where it will feel like it's about to come off, but it just keeps on spinnin'.

Then only thing left is vice grips, and may need to replace the line.
