Sorry to revive this but were these bulbs or leds... where did you pick them up from. Red or White light? Amazing

:D Old tread come back to life. Thanks for the comments.

It's 3457 bulbs, "white". I tried 50w halogen wedge bulb for flasher.. very powerfull but I was scared to burn my tails.

It's winter here in Canada.. snow, ice ,salt and sand on road, and my tails are still shinny when I go to the car wash.

I will probably sell the tails here whn I will change my car (if the next owner doesn't want them)

In fact I used for 1 year white LED for licence plate bulbs.. but they all burn or start to blink after months. I tried 3 different LED. Now I'm using "hyper white" blue coat bulb, so they light up white like regular bulb but a bit less "yellow".

I still use white LED for my gauge lights, air clim, shifter, etc...

I bought a new chrome gril from toyota dealer 1 year ago, still shinny as new. Mine was peeling and it was pretty ugly, making the car look like a 80's car. Cost about $200, it makes a huge difference. I also change chrome emblems.
