Front Brake "semi" kinda sorta performance upgrade

^ thats the front one.

For the 92-96 ES300 vs Camry, the ES300 (And Camry wagon) have bigger rear rotors. Calipers are the same, but caliper bracket is different.

lol... i just saw this post...

i have es300 calipers on the supra rotors and ericsol setup... had em for about a year now and they work wonderfully..

just a heads up.. using gen 3 brackets require some grinding to the caliper bracket and some to the caliper itself... so be aware of that...

also the ericsol setup requires a slight grinding to his bracket as well..
need wheels? www.memoryfab.com - ask for david

^ Not in all cases. There are MANY different types of brakes that are slightly different. Did an I4 brake setup on my friend's '95 swapped to a Gen 3 twin piston caliper with Sp33d "ericsol" brackets, and the ONLY thing that was grinded was the caliper bracket. Another friend with a '94 V6 and single piston caliper did the swap and only grinded the caliper bracket. Eye8Pussies has the exact same setup and had to grind both the caliper and bracket. I can't for the life of me figure out why it;s so different.

Ok, so in order for this swap to work you just need to go with different brackets? What vehicle do you order them for and what are these EricSol brakcets I always see people posting about

Alright, looked up EricSol. Can't believe I never was aware of em. Anyway, since I run 15' wheels right now and prob. will for next winter, I guess I dont need the brackets. From what y'all be saying the calipers are interchangable. Woo hoo!!

Oh gawd. I never even thought about these calipers not fitting inside my wheels. I'm running the stockies, 16" I think....6 spoke SLE wheels with the black and silver center caps....ugh. I hope it fits. As for rotors i'll be using the stockies.

You'll be fine inside 16" wheels. It's the people like me with 15s that might need to worry.

That said, the gen3 camry (and gen1 avalon for that matter) never had a 16" wheel option so they should even fit inside a 15" wheel.
