So I went to the junkyard today for fun and I ran across some infinity headlights. I'm curious if to know if anyone knows anything about the infinity J30t projector headlights... Are they HID or just halogen? Will they work for a retro on a gen 1 ? Any info about them would be helpful so I can hurry back and get them before someone else does.
Thanks guys.

Quick google search reveals that they are 9005(hi)/9006(low) aka halogen.

They're halogen but they're a PITA to work with because they're a 1-piece setup. Meaning both the low and hi beam projectors are connected together where as typical setups have them separate. All it means is that it's more work for you to separate them in order to position them.

IMO if you wanted to go the halogen projector route there are much better projectors out there, the Camry/Solara projectors for example.
