DIY!
Thats what I'm doing, and I think it looks better than the ones you buy. Plus you will have the pride knowing that you did it yourself.
Also, I hear that the Black Diamond headlights have problems when trying to adjust the beam.

Make sure you have a pair of black corners.
Since modifying OEM corners is almost impossible.

What kinda paint did you use?
Did you use flat black or glossy black?
Did you sand the bezzels first before you painted?
Can you post some pics of your work?

if youre doing the headlights on ur own....flat black looks better than gloss....

And as far as i could tell....doing the stock corners seemed impossible without cracking them.

You CAN'T since they crack and you really can't use the oven method with 'em but best of luck for you.

I agree with everyone about the corners. I ended up buying my black corners.

As for the bezzels, do they turn out better by sanding the chrome off first? I would like to see a pic of a completed black housing of flat black and glossy black! If you do post pic, could you please state wether you sanded bezzels or not?
Thanx 8)

I didn't paint them but I cleared my own corners. Just make sure you seal them up good and get some chrome model paint for the dimples that the reflector connect to - I used white and it's fine cause it's small... but if you're a detail freak, chrome/silver is best.
