My car rubs on left turns but not right turns. Tire and wheel sizes: P215/60R16 on 16" wheels. Any advice?

Check your fender liners....maybe one is loose and hanging down a bit.

Alright I pushed down on both sides of my car but I don't feel a difference. I'll put it up on the jack later today to try and see if something's just lose.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I recently rotated my tires and now when I turn more than 50% left or right I hear a "scrubbing" noise but when I check out under the car and in the fender wells there is no evidence of any scrubbing at all. I also flushed the power steering system (thought it maybe was in the rack or pump) but I don't think it changed anything.
