just curious why you chose to run a split setup? im on eibach/tokico right now but i feel like they have softened over the last year. sometimes i rub in the back while going over bumps or turns, so i was thinking maybe TRD in the rear would be a good idea because they are stiffer? i have a a sub/am back there but probably doesn't weigh more than 50 pounds total.

JamesT, not sure what the lifespan is, Sorry.

hari-bhari, I actually first ran a full TRD strut setup but had major issues with clanking in the front. I fixed it using washers and stuff like that but I still didn't like the idea. So, then I chose the Tokico fronts. Life was great after that.

And...no, I don't plan on shipping this guys. it's already hard for me to ship some simple lil stuff out since i'm so busy. Not sure how i'd be able to ship 4 struts!

Hey there. I'm interested. I go to CSULB two days a week and stay in Bellflower (conveniently located right next to Cerritos). I would like to see some pics please. I will be back in the area Monday.

Some quick questions though: how necessary would it be to get strut mount replacements if I'm running stock? How much would they cost? How much does installion of struts and springs run for?

I'm a starving student, but am very interested. Just need to see how much it would cost.

Your stock strut mounts will be fine. installation could range from 100-300 depending on where you go or if you can get hookups from forum guys. I did all my own suspension stuff but i'll be way too busy to help out with yours. Ask around though.
