I go this from friend doesnt fit my car :( but o well its new $40 shipped*its screw on so i dunno which solara it fits but its for a solara just not mine lol so please check you have scew on cap*

Just put oil in my mom's 2AZ-FE the other day, and it has the screw on type. I forgot which the 5SFE uses.
